Abstract

The article discusses the action of the European Commission in the field of strategy and improve action plan towards sustainable bioeconomy. This should become a priority pursued policies at EU level and within the framework of national policies. In Union docu- ments indicates that the ability to provide conditions for the development of science, knowledge transfer and innovation to the practice in the conditions of today›s dynamic development of the competitiveness of the economy at the international level will determine the position in the global market, not only the European Union itself, but also of each of the Member States of the community. Efficient use of both human capital facilities for science and research of agricultural sciences and related public-private partnership, off-budget measures as well as with the budgets of the Member States, as well as the horizon for projects of research and innovation in the bio- economy should ensure sustainable development not only in Europe, but also in Poland. The article also shows the basic directions of work under the bioeconomy from conditions arising from the arrangements of the circular economy rules, which will allow for the targeting of the bioeconomy in its sustainable development
